Quick weight loss diets?
Im wanting to lose some weight quite quickly and im looking for a simple straight forward diet to do for maximum a week and have some results. Im a very fussy eater, so diets have never really stuck with me as i dont like many foods! I was looking at the south beach fat flush as i thought it would be a straight forward few days of cranberry juice but theres also other foods involved. Do you have any quick weight loss plans you have tried and tested or that you know that work that dont take much longer than a week?

Since you’re such a picky eater, your best bet is to design your own meal plan. First, pick a calorie goal. It shouldn’t be less than 1000 calories a day, but if you really want to drop some pounds, go ahead and go lower.
Next, pick healthy, filling foods that you enjoy and make 4-6 meals/snacks out of them so that it all adds up to 1000 calories. Eat that each day, and take an hour long walk each day.
No special diet needed.

Quick weight loss diets…Anyone know of one that works?
I am trying to find one of those one week diet plans to help me lose some weight before a wedding. I know the best method is diet and exercise. But does anyone know of one of those quick plans? And did it work for you?

I lost a bunch of weight just by eating low calorie food. There are some great food that you can find that is low cal such as those quakes, (rice cakes) they come is different flavors and “light” yoplat yogut, no fat but still just as good as the regular yogurt.

Quick Weight Loss Diets?
Please give me some tips on dieting – im 14 and weight 159lb (just over 11 stione:’( )
:( most of it is muscle but i am fed up of my wobbly belly and double chin my prom in on july 4th and i would really like to loose as much weight as poss beforee then so any diet sucesses or tips please tell me

cucumber and thousand island for lunch
microwavable weightwatchers/other dinner with a salad for dinner
special K bar for a snack
walk 2 miles a day
do yoga
be healthy

There have been a lot of diet questions.
The key to a good diet is a rigorous excersize
and small portions(5/6) of meals a day.
Mind to take in enough fibre, which is found in many foods such as oatmeal, cereals and brown bread(mind the carbohydrates) dont take too much suger/fat.
Greens
fruits
drink alot of water instead of coffie or thee
they give you headaches
